Ice Egg Exploring November 2017

In Reception this week we have had a very special find! The children have been exploring some ice eggs found at the bottom of Miss Wood's garden. We did lots of thinking and talking about what could be inside, what might happen to the ice and why. Over 2 days we observed the changes in the ice eggs and watched the baby dinosaurs hatch! We then discussed and wrote a list of some of the important things we would need to provide to take care of the baby dinosaurs and drew pictures of them.
