Fitness Club

This is an after school club for children in Key Stage 1

 

Fitness Club at New Ford is a full-body workout designed around basic, fundamental movement skills with high intensity exercise and short rest periods. 

 

Strength, stamina and fun are the key elements of the club and these are developed through a variety of games, races and circuit training style activities.

 

This is what some children said about attending this club in the past when it was called Cave Club for Key Stage Two.
