Ancient Egyptian workshop 10th November 2023

The Year 3 children took part in an Ancient Egyptian workshop 'The Gift of the Nile'. Throughout the day, the children took part in a range of activities such as handling Egyptian artefacts, roleplaying as Egyptian traders and exploring what food the Egyptians ate. They finished the day by playing the Ancient Egyptian game 'Mehen'. The children thoroughly enjoyed the day!
