Chinese New Year 2020
We have had a lovely time celebrating Chinese New Year this week.
We have discussed the story of Chinese New Year and talked about how each year is named after a special animal!
We have also learnt how to say Happy New Year in Mandarin, ask your children at home to see if they can remember!
Finally, we have tasted lots of lovely Chinese food, the children loved tasting noodles, rice and prawn crackers.
We also tried soy and sweet and sour sauce!
