This week’s Wednesday assembly looked at the theme of respect. We very briefly referenced that a Memorial Day takes place this week remembering the Holocaust and other tragedies to highlight the broad idea that we can learn from the past and respect for all can shape a better future.

We explored what showing respect looked like and explored what disrespect could also look like and how to be aware of our actions. We also made links to our school values and British values as part of this discussion alongside some current affairs in the news.
