We were delighted to welcome Nathan Smith to our careers assembly on Wednesday 20th September. Nathan is a professional football player who plays for Port Vale.

The children heard all about his journey to become a footballer including: what inspired and motivated him, his proudest moments and how he overcame challenges and setbacks. Some Y6 children collected this information throughout the assembly and they have produced a super fact file which can be seen on our website. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and we thank Nathan very much for  giving up his time to come and talk to us.
