Year 5 had a fabulous time learning all sorts of interesting facts about the Anglo-Saxons. We took part in a number of different activities including some Anglo-Saxon games, looking at some ancient artifacts and acting out the Anglo-Saxon story Beowulf. We even wrote our own messages using Anglo-Saxon runes.
