This week’s is Anti-Bullying awareness week and both of our assemblies looked at this theme, alongside some current news events.

On Monday our headteacher led a whole school assembly on anti-bullying. Miss Ford briefly looked at what is bullying, who to talk to if there are concerns, what we do in school to prevent bullying and a focus on kindness as we apply our school values of Respect and Empathy.

We discussed how we could all be a light that chines in the darkness to guide others through kindness and we learned the song This Little light of Mine. Our children love to sing!
