Christmas in Reception
🎄 What a fabulous end-of-year Christmassy treat! 🎄 We were lucky enough to watch Dickie Bow —with such a fun and laughter-filled show (especially with Star — what a character!). We had lots of laughs and it was such great fun! Today we also had a Christmas party with snacks and dancing. It was a wonderful way to celebrate together! ✨
Wow, what a lovely last few days of term we have had in Reception, a really festive week finished with a Christmas dinner, a visit from Santa and a little bit of magic.
As we are getting into the Christmas mood in the Poppies classroom, we have sneaked a peek in Santas grotto. SSHHH! Then today we have been trying some foods traditionally linked to Christmas. With mixed responses we have tried mince pies and brussel sprouts. "I don't like mince pies but I do like sprouts."
