Geography

In year 3 geography lessons this week we have begun learning about rivers! We know that the start of a river is called the source and the end point of a river is called the mouth. We also linked back to our history learning and we located the River Nile using the atlas. This is in the country of Eqypt, in Africa, and is also the longest river in the world! Challenge: How many other rivers can you name? We are looking forward to our geography trip later this term when we explore the River Trent and its wildlife.
