Healthy Hands & Science Fun - We have been talking about the importance of washing our hands to get rid of germs. We have been learning about why it is important to keep ourselves healthy and well. As part of this, we carried out our own experiment — we are scientists! We used pieces of bread to observe how germs can grow over time. We touched the bread with unwashed hands and added cough, toilet and floor germs. It was really interesting to see how the germs changed and grew.
