KS1: Does everyone learn differently? KS2: Are labels helpful for neurodiversity?
This week’s Wednesday assembly continued to look at accessibility as part of equal opportunities and characteristics, but this time focused on neuro diversity, alongside a brief look at items in the news as usual and some current events.
We thought about how everyone learns in a different way and how learning can actually help change and develop our brain for the better. We discussed examples of different types of neuro diversity and how they give strengths as well as challenges, making links to our careers.
