Little Library Van visit
The Little Library Van visit We had a wonderful time in Nursery when one of our community librarians, Kylie, came to visit us with The Little Library Van. He brought lots of fabulous books with him to read, including 'Ten Little Dinosaurs by Mike Brownlow and 'There's a dragon in your book' by Tom Fletcher. We also sang songs and nursery rhymes such as 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' 'One, Two, Three, Four Five' and 'Shake, Shake Shake', accompanying them with puppets and musical instruments. It was so much fun! Kylie also told us all about the local libraries and how we can visit with our families. We can get a free library card to borrow lots of books! They also have different activities and events taking place. Please take your child along to your local library to develop the love of reading!
