RE Wow Christmas Traditions & Food Dec 2025

The Year 5 children had an RE Wow day today, tasting some traditional foods that are eaten at Christmas time.

 

They tasted mince pies, fruit cake, stollen, yule log and gingerbread men. They rated the foods whilst learning why some foods are eaten at Christmas. 

 

The Year 5 children also designed their own gingerbread men using craft materials to take home.
