Space Wow Day 5th February 2019
Year 2 have had a fabulous time at their Space Wow Day. Scott Walker took year 2 on a journey to visit some of the planets in our solar system.
The children completed the following missions:
Mission one
Space log - astronaut training in the space dome.
Mission two
Space log - Launch role play in the classroom.
Mission three
Identified/classified moon rocks, experimenting with Bicarb, water & vinegar
LUNCH SPACE THEMED MENU
Mission four
Looking back at Earth 'look at that view' their opinions and to describe it.
Mission five
There is no place like home, making and testing parachutes.
Mission six
Decontamination clean up crew.
