Time to Talk
The nursery children have been enjoying our Time to Talk day in school. We have been talking about our emotions, how important it is to talk about how we are feeling and that there are always people we can talk to. We listened to the story 'The Colour Monster' by Anna Llenas. We matched question cards to different feelings/colour jars, matched emotions jigsaw faces and had some mindfulness colouring activities to support recognising and naming emotions.
