This Week’s Learning: Keeping Our Bodies Healthy

 

This week, we have been learning all about how to keep our bodies healthy. We talked about how sleep, exercise, and eating healthy food are important for our physical health and help us feel good and support our wellbeing.

 

We also explored the theme of harvest time and enjoyed reading the story Oliver’s Vegetables. Inspired by the story, we carefully chopped up a selection of fresh vegetables to make our own delicious salads!
