This week’s Wednesday assembly looked at environmental themes linked to WORLD EARTH DAY on 22^nd April, alongside a brief look at items in the news as usual and some current events.

We thought about the use of plastics and the ways that society is trying to reduce single use plastics and promote recycling.

We also discussed how we can promote looking after the environment to promote more wildlife in our cities and towns.
