Are safety rules easy to understand?
During this week’s Wednesday assembly, we asked the question “Are safety rules easy to understand? We thought about different rules that we have to follow to keep us safe, such as wearing helmets when we ride a bike, or always walking when we carry scissors, and we discussed why these rules were important.
We talked about how some rules are easy to understand and others are more difficult, as we can’t always see the dangers.
We discussed how talking to a trusted adult can help us to understand the more difficult rules. Our children then voted to share their views on this question.
