Autumn Walk October 2022
Our Nursery children have been exploring our outdoor area. We went on a nature walk, looking for bugs and insects. We found a baby frog hiding in the long grass, there was a very jumpy grasshopper and lots of bugs on the leaves. We walked through our woodland/forest area using our listening ears to see what we could hear.
We could hear the birds, cars, an ambulance and a dog barking. We talked about how the leaves are starting to fall from the trees and all of the different colours we could see on the leaves.
