Bonfire Night 5th November 2022
This week the children have been learning about Bonfire Night and how to stay safe. The children enjoyed being creative during a music and movement session, when they used coloured ribbons and streamers to represent fireworks.
We learned about changes to materials when we melted chocolate to make our 'edible sparklers' with breadsticks and sprinkles.
We also produced splatter paintings that looked like colourful fireworks exploding, in the style of artist Jackson Pollock.
