The Year 2 children will be expected to complete 4 out of the 6 activities from the topic homework sheet which can be found below. We would recommend that you choose the writing task as 1 of the 4 homework tasks as this will allow your child to continue to practise their writing at home. Once your child has completed a task, they can bring it into school to be marked. It will then be placed into their homework files which stay in their school trays.  

In addition to the homework tasks which children can choose from, there will be a maths task linked to times table practice homework sent out once per fortnight. This will be sent home on a Friday and your child will have two weeks to complete it.
