Is it easy to get on well together?

During this week’s Wednesday assembly, we asked the question “Is it easy to get on well together?” We talked about how we are all part of lots of different communities, including: our family; our school; our street; and the town where we live.

When a community gets on well together, it makes somewhere a safe and happy place to live. We revisited how people in our community may be different from one another, and may like or dislike different things. If we take time to understand our differences, it helps us to get on well together.

We must remember that it is always important to respect our differences and be kind to one another. Our children then voted to share their views on this question.
