Learn with Me 8th November 2022
The children’s parents/carers were invited to a ‘Learn with me’ / ’Read with me’. They observed how phonics is taught. Parents could ask questions and read with their child. The children really enjoyed the afternoon, showing their parents their daily phonic lessons and reading with their parent.

“Today’s session was really beneficial learning different ways to teach phonics to the children. Particularly liked the game where the children needed to put their hands on their heads when they heard a selected sound. Thought the group activity was really enjoyable for the children, having fun whilst learning”.
