Mini First Aiders is for children in Years 1 and 2

In Mini first aiders look at how we would respond to a situation where someone was hurt or injured. We learn how we check for dangers, completing a primary survey, the recovery position, bandaging and we have learn at how to complete CPR for an adult, child and baby.

Following on from the children’s interests we have also looked at what a doctor may have in his bag or in a first aid kit and what the different things could be used for. We also had a look at some x-rays and tried to spot the injuries!
