Olympic Wow Day 27th March 2023
Building on their prior learning of the Olympic games, children took part in an Olympic 'WOW' day. The day started with a visit from Zeus, "All hail Zeus!". During the day, children became part of an independent 'city state' and took part in various sporting activities that would have been a part of the Ancient Greek Olympics. At the end of the day, the children had a Greek feast complete with feta cheese and olives.
