Science/DT - Forces
Year 5 have been learning about the different forces that effect a boat whilst it is in water - upthrust, gravity, air resistance and water resistance. We designed our boats with these forces in mind, making sure they were buoyant and stayed a float. Every groups design was successful and no boats sank.
