This week’s Wednesday’s assembly focused on UK Parliament Week, which takes place from18th-24th  November, alongside other events that have been in the news recently.

UK Parliament Week happens every year to help people learn about our government and last year 1.6 million people took part across every nation and region of the UK.

We made links with British values and the rule of law when discussing how our country is run and this year we also explored the idea of should the parliament only be situated in London?

Should people learn more about the different parts of the UK to be better informed to make decisions in government that benefit the country and also regions too!
